ABOUT

Our Club

Tyneside Gymnastics Club was founded in 2010, now based in New Hartley, Seaton Deleval.

We are a “sport for all” club offering gymnastics for all ages and abilities and providing opportunities for all to achieve through a culture of excellence.

Our club is “not for profit” and is a registered CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) organisation.

We are committed to working with families and the community to ensure that the club runs in the best way possible for it's members.

We are affiliated to British Gymnastics (BG) and the North of England Gymnastics Association (NEGA).

The club started as a class for beginners who trained for one hour per week. We now have many different disciplines with gymnasts who can train up to 16 hours per week.

The club is competitive and we now have 100s of medals and trophies to our name in the relatively short time we have been competing.

We provide individualised training based upon each gymnast's strengths and areas in which they want to improve.

Our club is GymMark accredited which means that it is recognised by British Gymnastics and their partners as a safe, effective and child friendly club. We also hold the Sport England Club Mark.

Tyneside Gymnastics Club offers the following gymnastic disciplines:

  • 4 Piece / Artistic

  • Team Gym

  • Boys

  • Beginners / Recreational Gymnastics

  • Pre-School / Stay & Play
